Hi Katy
I really found useful your Sebra bed review. I also bought sebra cot bed. I wanted to buy a cot bumper but Sebra original bumper size is a bit shorter or longer than bumpers from other brand. The one you have photo from Smallable the length I think it is 360 cm is it bigger than cot? It looks perfect on the photo. How do you arrange it?

Hi there. The bumper just overlaps a little at one end, which is no problem at all. It’s very easy to arrange it. Hope that helps! X

Hi there. The smallable cot bumper is about 30cm too long so it just neatly overlaps at the end – it’s no problem at all and doesn’t stick out or anything x
Hi Katy,
I love your site, you’ve made an amazing job of your renovation. We’ve just started to renovate our 1930’s semi and we’ve had to remove the skirting boards from our bedrooms. I was wondering if you’ve had to replace the skirting boards and picture rail in your bedrooms? And if so, where did you get them from? I’m struggling to decide on a style, but I love yours!
Any advice on this would be great!
Thank you!

Hello! Yes, we replaced all of the skirting, architraves and picture rails. I chose the Torus profile, which I’m really pleased with (I agonised over the decision so I sympathise). Our builder ordered it all so I’m not sure where they’re from other than I know they’re made from MDF. I think this place is good: https://www.theskirtingboardshop.co.uk/architrave/by-profile.html Hope that helps and good luck with your project! Xx
This is great, thanks for your advise Katy! xx
I want to purchase and propose a personal home project I’d love you to handle. Do assign your personnel to contact me via email, thanks.
